I work for the Regular Forces Employment Association Ltd (RFEA) part of the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) this organisation is contracted by the MOD to assist ex-service men and women to find sustainable employment. Therefore we have a database with 1000’s of individuals looking for either their first position after discharge from the Armed Forces or those looking to progres their careers with new found commercial experience and skills. Service leavers consistently provide companies with well-trained, technically advanced, seasoned and reliable employees.The CTP offers a high quality, NO COST recruitment service for organisations seeking the best. We operate an on-line vacancy database which is easy-to-use and free of charge. It enables you to advertise job opportunities online, where the adverts will be viewed by thousands of people leaving the Armed Forces each year - Service leavers.Job finding assistance is primarily delivered through the Regular Forces Employment Association (RFEA) and Officers' Association (OA) Operating nationwide through a network of 24 Employment Consultants (ECs). CTP resettlement support is provided to Service Leavers from two years prior to discharge, to two years post discharge.
