CurrentI provide strategic business development leadership, project management support across the Aerospace and Defense industries, and independent support to all phases of mission/design & product line development for small commercal spacecraft & NASA science missions.As a consultant, I assist clients independently reviewing their proposal, teaming, and bid strategies for space vehicle and technical support contracts. I support customers with program management, planning, cost and schedule estimation, supplier evaluation, and vendor selection. I help emerging companies expand their customer base while providing strategic guidance to their product line and corporate development. I provide strategic guidance for companies pursuing market expansion into NASA science mission competitions. I am eligible to serve as an independent expert witness for aerospace-related matters or serve on source selection committees.Some of my key accomplishments to date include:* Led an independent technical and management review for a Principal Investigator proposal development for the NASA Earth Venture Mission (EV-M) science mission team. Provided guidance and support throughout the entire RFP cycle, making major contributions in mission concept refinement, proposal development, and win strategies.* Led technical/management review and supported proposal development, including bid strategy and color teams for NASA technology demonstration missions (CubeSat/SmallSat).* Provided strategic and program management support to pursuit teams for NASA center technical services contracts. Aided proposal planning, management strategy, color teams, customer briefings, and competitive assessments.* Supported client engagement strategy, advocacy, coordination, and marketing activities for the introduction of new products/platforms to NASA customers and centers.
