A former Texas Supreme Court law clerk, I have over 30 years of experience as an appellate specialist. I have been board certified in civil appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995 and have handled over 200 appeals. I also assist litigators with jury instructions, error preservation, dispositive motions, and Daubert motions in the trial courts.
