Process Monitor Group Supervisor - Responsible for providing process and equipment development for the manufacture of medical devices and products with a focus on product setups, setup procedures, and training across all shifts. Identify, evaluate and implement improvements to existing equipment and processes. Oversee production, installation, operation, maintenance, repair and development of new or existing equipment. Process Engineer - Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing processes by working with management and production personnel to ensure design for manufacturablity; identifying equipment and processes required to manufacture new and existing products Responsible for project management, developing timelines, writing protocols and overseeing the performance of validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) to qualify processes and equipment in a FDA-regulated environment. Develops models of alternate processing methods to test feasibility of new applications of components, and recommends implementation of improved procedures. Interfaces with manufacturing departments to address and resolve engineering issues.Technical Trainer - Mentor and train new operators while providing continuing improvement training to experienced operatorsPress Operator - Responsible for the overall setup and operation of the press according to Quality Standards. Troubleshoots problems that may arise during operation. Records tracability and quality logs on paper and computer system. Trains new and existing operators. Maintains the press by performing daily cleaning, oiling and minor repairs.Experienced with Delta, Pace, Caulder, and Mark Andy presses.
