Having returned to UCA, my role is sat within the Senior Management Team as part of the Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions department.I’m responsible for the management of the University’s core web environment and platforms including CMS and web analytics, SEO, digital user experience, and digital media, whilst also working closely with the Campaigns Team to help deliver on digital activity as part of the Recruitment Strategy for the University.

Whilst at McLaren Automotive, my role was to help develop digital platforms and specialist technology to enhance the digital user experience on a global-scale. Working as part of a wider Digital Team, I also supported on web platform activity.

I was responsible for managing and leading on the development and maintenance of the University’s digital platforms in order to achieve organisational strategic objectives and support key clients across the University. Working with the Senior Management Team, my role underpins the University’s digital strategy, covering core web channels: managing website development through the CMS, managing the University’s CRM system, web analytics, SEO, digital content strategy and digital user experience.I lead a team of dedicated specialists, whilst also managing the digital budget.

As Digital & Social Marketing Manager at UCA my responsibility accounted for developing and delivering the university’s digital and social marketing strategies and its activities that run within the digital and social environment to achieve student recruitment, media coverage and stakeholder engagement.Working across a large marketing department, I was also responsible for providing specialist knowledge to support digital and social campaigns that each marketing and communications team executes.

As Marketing Executive at MedicX, my role involved executing plans and campaigns across B2B and B2C platforms for the MedicX Group (MedicX, MedicX Healthfund and MedicX Fund), as well as MedicX Pharmacy. Much of my focus was on digital channels; generating a greater online presence for the MedicX brands, whilst also supporting communications with the development and execution of offline materials.As well as providing expertise in digital marketing, I was also in-house IT support; providing first-hand knowledge for all staff with software or hardware issues, and management of the company's IT systems.

My role at AQA formed part of a collaborative project with City & Guilds to deliver a package of 14 new qualifications to schools and colleges throughout the UK. As Marketing Executive my role was to work with various teams across AQA and City & Guilds to deliver online and offline activities to successfully engage with educational institutions and students to undertake the new qualifications.

Whilst at Space Air my marketing role involved the production and management of delivering targeted direct marketing campaigns for a large product portfolio. This included activities across various online and offline media.

Working as Sales and Marketing Executive for the number 1 technology PR agency outside of London and top ten tech PR agency in the UK, my role was assigned to work with the management team to deliver and manage marketing initiatives that resulted in new business opportunities.
