About Rob Harmon

Rob Harmon is a serial environmental entrepreneur and policy expert. He has worked in the fields of energy productivity, renewable energy and water for 30 years. Since 1998, Rob has focused on creating practical, scalable alternatives to outdated, entrenched, transaction structures. He has implemented three of those:-Rob introduced the concept of the Retail Renewable Energy Certificate (REC or Green Tag) and closed the first retail REC transaction. (2000)-Rob co-developed the concept of a national Water Restoration Certificate and closed the first transactions as part of the national product roll out.
