As a 35-year veteran and entrepreneur in the food industry, I am flexible in consulting and managing capacities and am always up for a challenge. I have great experience and passion in the food and beverage channels, and am open to opportunities where I can benefit business with my expertise.Combining my knowledge and expertise in healthy lifestyles, Water Elephant has been developed as the first healthy convenience store concept. Currently unfunded, I am open for new opportunities.My background ranges from national sales management to food manufacturing to supplier process management. I am knowledgeable with the distribution business and have senior management experience in operating QSR’s such as Blimpie’s, Taco Bell, Subway, Long John Silver, Baskin-Robbins, and others.My track record shows great profit growth with my involvement by introducing creative store formats, foodservice programs and merchandising tactics. My hobbies include family time, travel, growing tomatoes, continuing my 50-year weight training habit, and being a passionate advocate for health and fitness. I continue to be a life student of food and drink concepts by taking on new management and consulting opportunities and staying engaged through research and studying trends.
