CurrentResponsible for all distributor and sales management responsibilities in the Central U.S. Region: goal setting, pricing strategy, programming, key account management, brand building, budgets, allocations, sales and wine education, chain presentations, chain and national account compliance, gross profit negotiation, brand launches, sales systems and tracking (Microstrategies, Diver, GreatVines, Account Level Data, VIP, Power BI), incentives, release scheduling, national wine event planning and execution (most importantly Food & Wine Classic in Aspen), purchase order management and logistics, distributor executive review/planning meetings, distributor sales meetings, inventory management and strategy, retail pricing surveys (WineSearcher), and state manager supervision and performance reviews.
