I lead the in-house Video department for Chicago's most successful real estate company. I manage with a team of videographers and editors (both full-time and freelance) to fulfill the video needs of the corporate entity and 2000+ individual agents.

I was responsible for the video capture department using FCP, Avid, VTR Exchange, etc. to backup and organize a full content library. I was also responsible for video compression. using many different software platforms.

I continued in my work with Redflex as both a field surveyor and manager of all of our survey assignments for our team.

I worked across a number of roles, including assisting the Smoke Operator in providing graphics and assets for online editor. I also built broadcast reels, including masters, dubs and archives.I was also in charge of company-wide digital file compression needs, using Compressor, Cleaner, Streamclip, etc. as well as DVD authoring, including branded menus.

As a surveyor, I created assessments of traffic and intersection patterns. I was in charge of camera setup, planning shots, and performing 12-hour survey shoots at multiple traffic sites. I was also in charging of logging footage and collating traffic information that was then built into presentations for our sales and customer teams.

I was responsible for fulfilling the daily video needs of a major advertising agency. That included editing new business pitches, focus groups, presentation videos, board-o-matics,and internal skits. I also was in charge of DVD Authoring for specialty discs: including creation of custom navigation and motion menus.I also:-Created graphic treatments.

I designed and oversaw production of print and web-based marketing materials for a top-quality furniture manufacturing company. I also did digital photography of products and trade shows for print and web materials.
