I founded Hiday & Ricke, PA in 1984, and we have exclusively served the needs of creditors and insurance companies throughout Florida since that time. The Creditors Rights law firm consists of seven shareholders and a support staff of approximately 50 personnel. We handle most legal needs for clients from all over the world, with an emphasis on collections, subrogation and related pre- and post-judgment litigation. We have offices in Jacksonville (corporate headquarters), Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa.

Prosecutor: tried many criminal cases involving everything from theft of electricity to murder, rape, etc. Acquired a lot of jury trial experience in a very short time.

Litigation attorney: trying cases in county and civil court in northeast Florida. Worked under some of Jacksonville's best and brightest litigators, learned a lot about how to do things the right way. This was my first exposure to collection and creditors rights matters.

Employed as a sworn law enforcement officer, first as a 'beat cop', then a detective in the Intelligence.Unit. During my time in Intelligence, I worked undercover for a year on a major 'reverse sting' operation that eventually netted over 100 participants in local theft rings. I was later accepted to law school and left JSO to further my education.
