Understanding the customer experience with Kärcher Canada requires patience, listening skills and the tenacity to resolve issues in a complex business environment. Product training on Kärcher's extensive line of products was largely self-taught through online resources, manuals and successful product demonstrations which more often than not, resulted in winning the business. Early sales wins included multiple self-contained cleaning systems to a major transit company in the GTA and working with a key dealer on the sale of large $100K+ sweepers to a central Ontario municipality.
