I am the co-founder and CEO of Xverify.com. Being the cocreator of Xverify and keeping it running well for over a decade, I take extraordinary pride in maintaining near 100% up-time, and take great responsibility monitoring my infrastructure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Most customers have direct contact to me through phone/text, and I continually watch email and respond to customers at all times of the day, every day. I have a strong technical background in programming, database design, and infrastructure management, all things related to SMTP, and business management from my time in the lead generation and marketing industry. I built Xverify overcoming the many roadblocks that inherently accompanies developing a verification platform with that knowledge. I work to design and implement new features, working with my offshore developer. I implement enhancements to my infrastructure to be robust enough to handle millions of sub-second query requests per day while also maintaining a cost-effective infrastructure. I work closely with sales providing help and guidance on customer calls and assisting the customer to ensure a successful implementation. I welcome and listen to my customers' feedback which has led me to build solutions into Xverify that customers have requested. Gathering requirements from my customer, designing and documenting a plan for implementation, considering the impact this change will have on the stability of Xverify, and working with my developer to program and implement. Before co-founding Xverify, I was CEO of a performance marketing company, and have a wide breadth of knowledge of the industry. I used both my technical and sales skills to running strong lead generation campaigns, helping customer and companies find each other.
