I am a creative and sometimes disruptive thinker, part philosopher, part social and environmental activist, part business person, part therapist, coach and facilitator, part pragmatist but always fully human. My life has circled two fundamental questions: Why do we do what we do? Who and where can I be to allow change to occur? These two questions have led me on an exciting and sometimes uncomfortable ride. A ride through retail management; working with rough sleepers, young offenders and prison staff, leading national youth work projects, running corporate learning and development events, founding a micro-company, helping run a contemplative community, bringing cities to a standstill through civil disobedience, performing music, and being a father of three amazing children. I like to play with what is current and what is historic to help discover what might be the emerging future. This often means helping people rediscover what they know but don't always apply, challenging current thinking and practice and discovering new ideas that can be applied to bring different outcomes.One of my passions is creating space for people to think about; what they do, why they do it and how they could do it differently. I use a mixture of virtual and face-to-face sessions and the written word I am a lover of the great outdoors, and enjoy walking, running, cycling and camping. Over the last few years I have been developing a keen interest in growing my own produce.
