In the role of an IT Business Analyst, responsible for managing all change requests (enhancements) for both legacy On-Server applications and cloud-based applications.Collaborate with clients and end users to collect, comprehend & and articulate business requirements. DEVELOPMENT/ENHANCEMENT- Work with business to gather, understand, & define business requirements. Prepare detailed project scope and requirements, user stories/user scenarios, wireframes, process maps, screen flow diagrams, test plans, and project plans. Collaborated and negotiated with stakeholders in defining project scope boundaries. Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions. Developing the solution in the sandbox followed by unit testing, creating test scenarios for the UAT, and migrating the enhancement to the production system post successful UAT sign-off.MAINTENANCE/BACKUP & RESTORE - Responsible for the infrastructure audit reports like Salesforce Org security health, changes made in the control of health check, and performing the monthly Production and Metadata manual backup and restore exercise.Complex Tier 2 and Tier 1 Maintenance-related tickets, resolving incidents/tasks with the SLA defined, closure and updating of tickets as per the ITIL and organization guidelines.PROJECT COORDINATION - SPOC for attending and progress reporting (Monthly & Quarterly Road Map) meetings for all the enhancements to the Change Advisory Board. Attending board meetings and providing necessary information on the New Implementation request to the Change Control Board members, explaining the risk and impact of new implementation, and making sure to get approval to go ahead with the change request. Accountable for enhancement reports, Resource Bandwidth, and Capacity Planning Reports.

Worked in the capacity of Asst. Manager HR Operations. Implemented HR dept. from the scratch. Responsible for all major HR Policies, and developed HR systems with VBA. Successfully implemented two SAS HR systems and was accountable for data migration, creating test scenarios for each module to go live.
