About Robin Bacon
I have been a High School Head Football Coach for 20 years and also an athletic director. I have 30 years of experience as a teacher/coach. I have coached 6 High School Football All Americans, 17 Shrine Bowl players, 21 North South All Stars, 2 Under Armour All American Players and 2 US Army All American Player. I have coached 2 State Championship teams. I have coached in the NC/SC Shrine Bowl game, the North South All Star Game, as well as the Max Emfinger All American game. In 2022 I was the Head Coach at the Touchstone Energy north-south All-Star game. I have also coached basketball, soccer, baseball and track. I am on the Board for the National Football Foundation and College Hall Of Fame South Carolina Chapter. I am a member of the South Carolina Football Coaches Association and the South Carolina Strength Coaches Association. I also have coached the prestigious Nike Opening and Elite 11 Camps for the past 20 years with 2 of my players being selected to participate in the prestigious Nike Opening Football Finals at Nike Head Quarters in Oregon. I have had over 50 players over the past 4 years sign football athletic scholarships to some of the top programs in the country. In the past 3 years I have received $25,000 in grant money for athletic equipment from the NFL Foundation, Peyton Manning and Riddell’s 18 for 18 and USA Football grants.
