Learning Effectiveness Ownership of LMS learning platform, understanding capabilities of the system, and ensuring consistent application of contents look and feel. Responsible for program planning and logistics to ensure programs run smoothly. Work with the teams on measuring effectiveness of the learning. Responsible for developing and updating metrics/reporting for the team. Leading the effort in communicating and training Ops Leaders on LMS reporting functionality.  Using Camtasia and Articulate 360 to create Video and Written tutorials - Content Development Update and create Standard Operating Procedures as needed for tasks with in our department.
