DIRECTOR OF TOOLING SOLUTIONS• Responsible of the Tooling Solutions division - in charge of the following teams; Sales, Project Management, engineering, manufacturing, operations of ROV equipment for subsea applications. Optimized execution of various mission-critical functions: o Sales: in charge of Tooling sales and rentals from quotation to final delivery o Project Management: in charge of projects from award to kick –off meetings, managing project team, delivery schedules, reports, documentation, final delivery and invoicing. o Engineering: in charge of manufacturing components, subassembly, and final assembly, integration and test of complete systems. o Production: in charge of manufacturing components, subassembly and final assembly, integration and test of complete systems.o Supply Chain: in charge of material requirements for the projects, MRP management, warehouse management.o Services: in charge of technical and logistic assistance of the Company assets.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER• Maintained all phases of projects from conception through to customer acceptance which include:o Establishing and maintaining the team's focus, strategy, execution approach, risks and operation key drivers.o Maintained and managed project safety, quality and maintenance requirements.o Maintained communication with management and customers on project progress:o Provided cost estimates, managed proposal efforts and contract review, and maintain all customer contracts.• Establish projects budget both in controlling in-house man-hours and outside expenditures, including purchasing third party goods and services.• Develop and maintain Project Schedule and cost control of project engineering activities to ensure timely completion of drawings and specifications, as well as resolution of technical inquiries from the field (fabrication or installation site).• Manage the project team as well as multiple sites and vendors including (international) subcontractors (shipyards and offshore contractors) for company construction and installation activities.• Manage all kick-off meetings and internal and external meeting for duration of the project.• Ensuring all QNQC aspects of the works, including engineering , third party review/monitoring , documentation requirements including material certificates , NOT certificates , as built documentation, are followed and complete in accordance with company's Q.A. manual, standard instructions, and project specific requirements .• Prepare and track all project invoicing.• Project closeout including transfers of the warranty account to Support Services, handle disposition of surplus material and any other project specific requirements.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER• Maintained an efficient process to address various customer inquiries, including contracts and orders, customer satisfaction and service requests, consistently meet both internal and external deadlines.• Provided cost estimates, managed proposal efforts and contract review, and maintain all customer contracts.• Establish projects criteria, establish budgets, track progress costs and progress and reports results to inner company as well as customers.• Develop and maintain Project Schedule.• Manage the project team as well as multiple sites and vendors.• Manage all kick-off meetings and internal and external meeting for duration of the project.• Establish Documentation Transmittal process with client, Coordinate all customer and Third Party Inspection.• Prepare and track all project invoicing.• Project closeout including transfers of the warranty account to Support Services, handle disposition of surplus material and any other project specific requirements.• Responsible for Equipment Data Book preparation for sales order and project demands• Developed and maintain Access Data Base for all Documentation including PO's and all customer required certification packages.• Set up and qualify the company with department policies and procedures in accordance with company policy, ISO 9001 and industry standards.
