Since 2005 I continually progressed through a series of HR roles with increasing responsibility at VF Corporation. As VP of Human Resources I led the strategic planning and execution of all HR activities for the $1B+ Nautica and Kipling Sportswear brands. In addition, I supported the client group of 3,500 associates. My role was responsible for the management of a $3M P&L as well as a staff of 10+.I offered discerning leadership and executed strategic plans to consistently attain positive and successful outcomes.
