I have a proven track record as a successful and strategic leader with extensive experience at a senior level in broadcast news, online and across social media. I have an established record for successfully managing change, e.g. as part of ITV's Senior Leadership team that turned ITV around under CEO Adam Crozier; launching a new ITV franchise; working with external contractors to build three new newsrooms (on time and on budget) and creating a new technology template and workflow that was rolled out across all ITV Newsrooms. I have also worked on every continent (apart from Antartica) covering international sports events for network documentaries and news distribution.
