Creating compelling demos to showcase the company’s IP to customers and developers. This includes both graphics and AI based content, targeting many market segments e.g., mobile, automotive, desktop/datacentre, and home consumer. I am proud to have developed or supported/maintained almost every demo coming from the team for over a decade. Projects include content written from scratch on top of internal codebases, as well as demos created entirely within popular industry tools, especially the Unity game engine.I have experience with every step of demo development, from requirements gathering, concept, design and R&D, to coding, shader authoring, optimisation and art asset creation. I have also handled numerous post-production activities, including gathering performance data, recording & editing videos of demos, writing documentation and blog posts to support them, as well as presenting the demos, both internally and externally.The role requires communicating effectively with many different teams, with a variety of backgrounds and expertise, including software & hardware engineering, product management, marketing, creative services, sales and business development. As a senior team member, I also enjoy providing support and guidance to other team members, and managed the team for a brief period.Aside from demo development, I also bring-up development platforms and have worked with many different devices, including consumer smartphones, tablets and laptops, as well as prototype smartphones, developer boards, FPGAs and test chips.I've also handled numerous other activities such as handling our automated builds, managing our demo room, and owning kit preparation for customer meetings and events such as trade shows.Content I have produced has been shown directly to customers as part of sales and marketing, as well as at trade shows, our website and YouTube channel.
