While my education lies in the Sports Industry, I also previously gathered experience in multiple other sectors. Volunteering for good causes is part of my identity, which is why I helped refugees from East Africa to integrate within my home town Aachen by offering free German lessons and planning social and recreational events. I collected my first work experience as a Newspaper deliverer as a summer job just after I finished High School in 2016. Whereas it was a quiet job, working in the middle of the night was not my favorite! Starting March 2017, I spent some time working as a waiter in a café in Hannover, Germany. As an introvert, I enjoyed getting out of my comfort zone and learning crucial communication skills that I use ever since. During my studies at The Hague University, I also worked as a food deliverer on an e-bike. I feel like that job made me much more durable and strong-willed as I was required to work in all kinds of weather conditions, obviously while always keeping a smile on my face! Finally, I gathered extensive experience working as a Student Volunteer for the Athens Women's Football Summit. Even though the world was struck by the Covid-19 pandemic, I thoroughly enjoyed working with an international team remotely to plan out the second Annual International Conference about Women's Football as well as working on the company's Social Media Marketing and Website. For my Bachelor's thesis, I took the lead in developing the Athens Women's Football Summit Student Forum, which is a service designed to help students integrate into the Women's Football sector and drive the development of the Beautiful Game. My work with the AthensWFS helped me vastly to improve my knowledge working in Web Design, Graphic Development programs such as Canva.com as well as the management of Online meetings via Zoom, Skype, Discord or Streamyard.
