As the Post Closing Administrator I worked with all recently closed loan files to get them fully funded. In doing this, I worked with Lenders, Contractors as well as Borrowers to disburse all loan funds while ensuring all SBA guidelines were met. In disbursing loan funds I also cut all the checks for the loan files. Additionally, I was responsible for keeping all files organized and uploading all documents to the paperless system.

At Keller Williams I assisted all 50 agents with keeping their listings accurate- this included updating new information and pictures as well as what was sold or still available. In addition, I scheduled all office meetings and assisted in keeping the office neat and clean and maintaining the calendar for the office.
