Robert “Robin” Casey is Owner and President of Casey Development, Inc., a family run company which was founded in 1998, to design and build industrial parks and commercial buildings. Mr. Casey’s multi-faceted professional real estate career includes over 40 years of high level experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Development including Class A office buildings within all major communities of San Diego. With an unblemished track record and reputation for high quality projects built on integrity, Casey Development has built strip malls, industrial parks and over 6,000 single-family dwellings including townhouses, duplexes, condominiums and multi-unit apartments in San Diego. Most recent completed projects include the building of a new $12 million manufacturing plant for RCP, a $7 million dollar residential infill project in Escondido, Commercial Class A offices for Casey-Gerry Law Offices and Master Planned Communities of Del Oro Hills Oceanside as well as Robinhood Ridge of Otay Mesa. Casey Development, Inc. is an active member in the San Diego Building Industry Association and the Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce. Robin Casey is a member of the City of San Diego’s Community Planning Group for Otay Mesa. Associations include; Past President of Home Owners Associations including Point Robinhood, Lomas de Oro and Palmilla de Oro, Building Industry Association of San Diego, California Green LEED Building Association and Otay Mesa Planning Group.
