Operate & maintain the Core NetworkProficient in supporting multiple operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as the installation of a variety of software on core servers, including software deployed by vendors.Security and users administration of Core Network serversInstalling, commission, upgrade, maintain and support a wide range of core technologies, including IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, broadband remote access server (BRAS), Radius servers, Session Border Controllers (SBC), digital subscriber line access multiplexers (DSLAM), and other Fixed Line Networks elements.Incident ownership and resolution within SLA timeframes, troubleshooting alarms and tickets by analysing the root cause of alarms or customer complaints, replacing faulty hardware when required, and implementing parameters changes to resolve customers faultsTier 2&3 supportProject Prime for large projects
