R.T.V.) from local and other countries like European and Asian countries receiving and offloading containers at warehouse and documentation. Distribution and outbound as per packing list and command to all respective shops and clients and all branches along with proper SOP guidelines. Weekly, monthly and Quarterly stock count to control inventory take and report to Management. Same time, find the solution if any deviation. Managing logistics team and all drivers and their training and monitoring schedule to provide seamless service to the internal client and external client. Controlling all transactional documents from overseas and domestics and local purchases and Sales and record them. Manage all product lines and stock control like (bad/good/ damage and expired), FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO. Managing, security, and safety manpower all company assets and equipment at the workplace. Planning and controlling all internal logistics and outsourced logistics partners and drivers on TAT, cross-docking. Handling manpower training and monitoring at work and making time schedule, attendance, and leave control. Controlling cost and Manpower cost in the warehouse, to contribute to profitability infirm.
