In 2012, I was given Legal and Compliance at year-end, and I continued to support the area into the next year through the 4+8 process. I supported the area essentially by myself during the Amerigroup merger from the cost center manager all the way to the CLO. I helped them complete the synergy deliverables that were required, as well as completed a process improvement project with their external labor vendor to help accruals be more accurate.
