- Responsible for the correct data entry in quality master basic data tool- Introduced Microsoft Office Excel (+ VBA) to process data in an automated, fast and error-free way- Contacting customers for questionnaires and quality related questions (on behalf of the BU Quality department)

- Price calculation of new textile products/qualities- Sample preparation for external research- Follow-up of customer visits
