Born in Germany to German/Panamanian parents. I grew up in Germany, Panama, and since 1996 I have been living in Luxembourg. I finished my last 3 years of school in Rydal Penrhos, North Wales where I obtained my IB (International Baccalaureate).I studied business law in Aberystwyth University, before returning to Luxembourg and starting to work at Cargolux Airlines S.A. I enjoy practicing a variety of sports, socialising with my friends, travelling, photography and playing guitar.I am a thoroughly organised person, punctual, and I work very well in teams.

  Main responsibilities:Administrative:1. Assisting Ground Ops Training department in daily tasks.2. Communicating with head of ops and sales around the world for training needs.3. Creating and maintaining yearly training calendar for our training portfolio.4. Creating, maintaining and testing online e-learnings for staff (Pelesys, SAP, Articulate, Powerpoint)5. Maintaining GSA/GHA database.6. Coordinating with Ministry of Foreign affairs to ensure on-time Visa application for staff coming to Luxembourg.7. Ensuring that training completion is centrally recorded in SAP/Pelesys and that such records are retained as required.8. Maintaining the (custom) eCARE database, as required by the Head of Ground Ops Competence9. Coordinating migration of online exam systems (Articulate > Pelesys EGS) for increased efficiency.10. Coordinating with instructors and managers to monitor additional training needs with staff who are unable to travel.11. Assisting in migration from classroom trainings to webinars / additional e-learnings.
