Robin’s classes are smooth and calming with a focus on flow, balance and breath. She patiently guides her students to connect mind, body and spirit and strives to help them maximize their psychological, physical and spiritual awareness and strength. With a background in athletics, Robin discovered yoga by casually attending classes at her gym. As she became more familiar with the central tenets of yoga, she found herself increasingly drawn to it and began to see significant changes in the way she looked, and even more importantly, in the way she felt. Ultimately, she feels that the experience awakened her soul and made her see the possibilities inherent in yoga—and in her life.In addition to helping her feel stronger and more focused, Robin's practice introduced a new-found understanding and respect for the mind/body connection. This connection grew and deepened her understanding of yoga, which, in turn, intensified her practice. Simultaneously, she was feeling unfulfilled in her career and was actively looking to expand her horizons; As soon as she began teaching yoga, she knew that she had found her calling. Yoga seemed to connect all of the dots for her. She felt invigorated and at home in front of a class and knew that sharing her passion with her students was a way to facilitate a connection with the divine for both Robin and her students. To be of service and to be a helpful guide in the practice of yoga is Robin's ultimate goal.
