For the Boston North Cohort, teach effective test taking strategies for the synthesis and rhetorical analysis part of the AP Language and Composition Test. Teach how to breakdown the test and effectively respond to prompts.

During after school PD and whole day PD, introduced co-teaching strategies to colleagues district-wide. Taught how to differentiate assessment, instruction, and content for all grade levels.

Teach college preparatory and honors level courses 9-12th grade. Co-taught 9, 10, 11, and 12th grade classes with special education teacher. Write and collaborate with colleagues to create curriculum units and rubrics for English Department.

Collaborated with director to create content professional development on early release and PD days. Met with other Lead Teachers weekly to address staff and school needs. Mentored new and veteran teachers. Worked with 6-8 ELA teachers to create vertical and horizontal alignment and common writing, reading and speaking rubrics.
