In partnership w/ the Artistic Director & Board of Directors, choose the best season, budget, and achievable goals for the organization.Ensure the implementation of the theatre’s competitive strategy, and align resources with its organizational mission and values.Oversee the company’s administrative, fundraising, marketing, and front-of-house departmentsDevelop, implement, and maintain staff practices & policies.Negotiate AEA union contract agreement.Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and manage marketing plans for each of the season’s five productions, the subscription campaign, and the organization as a whole.Steer the Development Director in fundraising campaigns, grant applications, donor benefits, and fundraising events.Attend company functions on weekends and/or evenings, such as first rehearsals, design runs, first previews and opening nights.
