On child push bike,reduced the development LT from 40weeks to 23 weeks,time to market on Children's day.Quality management-Set up non-confirmed management routine,work with suppliers on main customer complaints,top 3 issues in field were significantly improved, RPM decrease 10% in 2020;-Lead bike key component global non-confirmed management project(details in project experience);-Quality system set up, maintain, evalution;ensure product and process control by buliding and deploying control plan，PFMEA，SPC etc,drive continuous improvement during mass production and product failed in field,such as customer view and RPM review;-Lead bike key component reliability project(details in project experience).Cross founction-Human recruitment committee with HR-Team PnL relay to monitor and drive action for abnormal KPI and economic performance
