Responsibilities: -Lead SQE and IQC team to manage plastic,metal,PCBA,LED supplier of backlihgt moudel.Supplier management-Assess,evaluate,qualify new supplier by audit,QPA,QSA,3 new suppliers introduced -Lead supplier score card,lead quarterly business review;-Lead SQE to audit key process, review the CPK,SPC of key parameters and monitor ORT/GP testing, ECN,etc;Process management-Establish SOP and inspection program of IQC;Quality management-Problem solving on customer complaint and other issues caused by material;-Monitor key performance indication of SQE and IQC,monitor KPI of suppliers such as: Incoming failure rate, On-line failure rate,Field failure rate,etc;
