• Prepare customer & vendor databank• Ensure accurate and timely recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports• Prepare and send invoices to Debtors• Prepare purchase orders as per the terms and conditions• Verification of invoice with purchase order & Goods Receipt• Reconcile invoice with advance payment• Make payment to suppliers as per the credit terms• Ensure timely collection of sundry debtors through proper follow up• Coordinate with all teams for accurate & timely month end processing• Month end and year end closing of all books of accounts• Prepare Financial statement and analysis• Prepare Bank reconciliation Report• Coordinate with both internal & external auditors• Monitoring payment to avoid double payment or short payment• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve the invoice discrepancies• Prepare aging report of sundry debtors• Give training to new joiners • Coordinate with technical team for system & access related issue• Payroll Processing
