• Manages Less than Truckload contracts, carrier relations and negotiations• Leads all LTL continuous improvement initiatives - projects to negotiate rate reductions, analyze carrier optimization opportunities, reduce customer compliance fines• Supports supply chain in all projects that require transportation expertise• Troubleshoot and manage all TMS issues for US & Canada transportation team – rate uploads, transit files, customer profiles, errors and facility maintenance• Create and keep evergreen all training documents for TMS and carrier management• Onboarding transportation intern (3 month cycles) – provide training in analytical skills, Excel, deduction management systems, SAP and TMS• Manage 3rd party freight pay for LTL – researching issues, reducing first pass kick outs

• Manage and improve customer relationships to enhance customer insulation (Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid)• Focus on external and internal customer metrics • Ensure all product launches, holiday executions and natural disaster requirements meet customer requests• Support efforts to enhance supply chain capabilities and process effectiveness• Identify strategic, cost effective opportunities – customer VMI processes, forecasting metrics• Identify, communicate and proactively resolve order issues as well as take necessary actions to achieve results in the future• Manage and prioritize key supply chain projects that align with overall supply chain result metrics
