The hallmarks of my progressive career in public education are the core competencies of education administration, counseling, personnel, and resource management, which equip me to focus on taking action, generating enthusiasm, getting results, valuing collaboration, and providing support. Key results of this approach are the successful development and administration of an $8.9M operating and maintenance budget for Plano ISD's after-school care program (PASAR) which includes $2M in annual revenue for the district. We achieved a 30% enrolment increase for PASAR over five (5) years while continually improving operational efficiency. I have intentionally met organizational goals and effectively supervised diverse groups through communication, collaboration, leadership, and partnership.
