As the Instructional Design Coordinator in the College of Education, I served as a member of a matrixed team of design and subject matter experts. I coordinated the instructional design process for all online courses within the doctoral, master of education, master of teaching, and undergraduate education programs. My responsibilities focused on monitoring course content, project management, curriculum consulting, and ensuring high quality relationships between the dean/program chairs/directors and requisite instructional design teams. I ensured timely and high quality course delivery to students and faculty while nurturing positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.

I worked directly with the College of Education, interacting with administrators, faculty, staff, students, team members, vendors, and customers to develop innovative course content for transformative adult learning experiences.
