Average just isn't good enough for me! I take pride in my work and love to exceed expectations. I'm always up for a challenge and problem solving to find more accurate and efficient ways to get the job done. Customer service is key for me; internal and external. If I’m able to share knowledge, make someones day easier, or less stressful/complicated; I'm all about it! Staying busy is a must as multi-tasking is well within my comfort zone. I'm an exceptionally quick learner with proven leadership, organizational skills, and extremely detail-oriented. Personally, I would say being detailed-oriented is my secret skill that allows others to feel confident in my accuracy, analysis, work ethic, leadership, and training. I'm determined to use my skill sets and experience to secure a position with an organization who share my core values of integrity, respect, growth, and dependability. While I desire to utilize the skills I have already obtained to grow, I remain a student and look forward to learning more.Logistics is a forever changing and essential industry. From the continuous advancement in fulfillment and shipping standards to new and innovative technology, this industry will always provide new challenges and exponential growth opportunities. Businesses are always searching for new and creative ideas that provide a better experience for their customers. This requires a balance between technology and people. Whether the logistics is maintained in-house or outsourced by a 3PL, accuracy and efficiency are vital for continued success for all parties included. Every position not only plays an important role, but also effects another position in the process. The production, movement, storage, fulfillment, and shipment of goods require dedicated and knowledgeable staff in all departments. It's extremely satisfying knowing that my peers, direct reports, and stakeholders can depend on me because I'm well informed and knowledgeable in my role.Technological advancement for transportation and warehouse management systems are just as important as the employment of dedicated and hard-working people.
