Proactively prepare, review, and maintain accurate and organized records for all documentation and transactions related to customs, work orders, transportation (ocean, rail, or freight), inventory, invoicing, claims, etc.Identify and alleviate potential risk associated with customs, transportation, order changes, etc.Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal teams, carriers, clients, brokers, dispatch, etc to on a weekly or bi-weekly basis via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or face-to-face. Ensure precise communication and documentation for all involved parties on pricing per the incoterms; internally and externally to invoice all parties accordingly.Wisely minimize cost as best as for all parties by negotiating with carriers, improving routes, and identifying opportunities to cut cost. Staying up-to-date with changes in import/export regulations and trade law changes in import/exports through meetings, trainings, and conferences.
