Provides programmatic and analytical support to PMA 234 as a member of the Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) team.Participate in technical reviews, working groups, specification reviews, audits and program management review as well as program scheduling and budgeting.Review and monitor contractor data and product deliverables and track program office responses.Supports all of PMA 234 projects in the development of MS SharePoint.Responsible for applying metadata tags that are specifically created for SharePoint users to make SharePoint’s search engines more efficient.Edit/update required documents within PMA 234 SharePoint Libraries with document templates created for MS office, such as Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Adobe, and PowerPoint.As a 2010 SharePoint Coordinator and site owner, perform duties such as creating site columns for sorting and filtering through documents hosted on SharePoint, creating workspaces for document review, creating Nintex workflows, developing documentation, maintaining configuration control on documents, and maintaining regular site maintenance as needed.Stand as a POC and power user for any SharePoint issues or concernsReview requirements documentation and create matrixes that link requirements with regulations and other supporting documentation.Assist in the overall operation by maintain circulating database files (i.e insight into SharePoint and program requirements) providing information to authorized users for use in technical projects.Analyze and determine informational needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, proposed manipulation, data flow and storage requirements and data output and reporting capabilities.Control and document data delivered for review outside of SharePoint ensuring document control/versioning is fully documented and clearly available on request or query.

 Assists engineers and programmers in the Air Vehicle Engineering (AVE) group by creating V-22 and H-53 aircraft data spreadsheets using a variety of current office-based computer applications Gathers and inputs data into the Oracle Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) organized by aircraft platform Catalogs assorted reports, postcards, logbooks, inventory records, and schedules removal compact cards for aircraft platforms Executes the duties necessary for a data entry operator by performing routine computer operating system operations on PCs, and COTS word processing and spreadsheets on a daily basis Performs the duties as a technical writer by maintaining records of work performed when necessary Edits reports prepared by Engineers according to standards Publishes documents and recommends changes in format, content, and publication reproduction methods  Organizes data and completes writing assignments according to corporate standards regarding order, clarity, style, and terminology to meet deadlines.

 Build and maintain client bases, keeping current client plans up to date and recruiting new clients on an ongoing basis. Contact clients periodically to determine if there have been changes in their financial status. Devise debt liquidation plans that include payoff priorities and timelines Explain and document for clients the types of services that are to be provided, and the responsibilities to be taken by the advisor and themselves. Research available investment opportunities to determine whether clients fit. Sell financial products such as CD’s, IRA’s, savings bonds, checking/savings accounts, home mortgages, auto loans, personal loans, and credit cards. Contact clients with news or new financial products or changes that may affect their savings and investments.  Demonstrate Bank of America core values in all actions and follow all policies and procedures
