Networking/ customer relationship marketing for physician owned hospital. Physician and scheduling liaison with concentration in process improvement, customer follow up/conflict resolution (patient and offices). Lead in creating print marketing material (press releases, brochures, flyers, constant contact promotional emails, articles) as well as web content. Events planning for marketing outreach-lunch and learns, meet and greets, in-service, and employee relations activities. Reporting/tracking volumes for service lines, and new business development. Focus on relationship building and customer service which is the basis of all successful businesses.

This position included front desk receptionist, switch board operator, sorting mail, assisting billing with mailings, filing, working with insurance claims scanning documents, assisting purchasing with ordering supplies, and any other duties I could assist in. I enjoyed this group of people and learned many new office skills in my transition from manufacturing to business office career. I worked this job part time while attending Sinclair's business management program.

I worked with product and reliability engineering testing new product, improving existing product and verifying current product, analyzing factory and warranty returns, and ongoing quality assurance testing/reporting (residue, moisture, burst testing castings, torque, hardness, tear down and analysis of field failures). This tasks included working closely with quality and product engineering gathering and reporting data for quality assurance and product improvement.I also was involved in dock auditing shipments. I very much enjoyed being part of this great team.
