I am a skilled and accomplished Director, Legal Services, Records Management Officer. As a member of Mastercard’s Law Department, I also previously functioned as Manager, Export Controls Compliance; and as Leader, Global Public Policy and Regulatory Advocacy. I work directly with internal business teams, senior and executive management, legal counsel and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. In my roles with Mastercard I have focused on risk controls and mitigation, information governance collection and analysis, cross functional communications, process improvements, technology enhancements, and development and delivery of team trainings. I personally value team collaboration, and performance excellence and accountability as key tools to success.Prior to my career with Mastercard I was a successful Senior Paralegal/Case Manager at several Manhattan law firms practicing complex commercial, regulatory, and anti-trust litigation. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Plattsburgh and a Paralegal Certificate from Marist College.
