As the Green Building Intern, I assist the Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity in building organizational capacity by providing support to the volunteer build team leaders and staff. Through participatory learning, I assist in the implementation of construction projects through on-site work and virtual office work. Using my research and administration skills, I remotely assist staff with tasks that are tailored to broaden my understanding of the diverse work required to run a Habitat for Humanity affiliate and a non-profit organization.
