As a Program Consultant, I provide expertise, planning, and assistance in the Mass Save and other energy efficiency programs to prospective clients. Major job responsibilities include: -Provide energy efficiency and decarbonization program information to customers and prospects over phone and email.-Understand energy efficiency program requirements and work with customers to navigate the process.-Enter data into appropriate platforms to track customer, and contractor interactions and results.-Generate regular client invoices and reports compiling metrics and progress towards program deliverables.-Act as liaison with contractors, partners, customers, and other stakeholders

As the Green Building Intern, I assist the Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity in building organizational capacity by providing support to the volunteer build team leaders and staff. Through participatory learning, I assist in the implementation of construction projects through on-site work and virtual office work. Using my research and administration skills, I remotely assist staff with tasks that are tailored to broaden my understanding of the diverse work required to run a Habitat for Humanity affiliate and a non-profit organization. My other tasks include eventing planning, update/organize inventory, documentation of construction project process and progress, and the creational of educational materials for new volunteers.
