Robin qualified from Cambridge Vet School in 2005, after which he took a job in mixed practice in Retford, covering both farm and companion animals. In 2007 he left to persue a lifelong ambition to become an actor. He took the Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Acting at the Academy of Live & Recorded Arts in London, since which time he has taken lead roles in a number of stage productions, including Marc Antony in "Julius Ceasar" and most recently Iago in "Othello". He founded the Holden Kemble Company with writer and director Paul Kemble in 2007, with the aim of fostering new talent in film and theatre. Together they have produced several award-winning short films and the full length stage show "The Scandalous Case of Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde" which won the Sell-Out Show Award at the 2008 Edinburgh fringe.
