Recruit IT professionals in various technologies.• Bringing out new challenging Ideas for the development and growth of the company.• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Hunting, References, Job Portals like (Monster, Dice, Computer jobs, Hot jobs).• Screening the consultants to get all the required information as per the client’s requirement.• Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks.• Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients • Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.• Send draft mail to candidate and make sure the time of interview and venue and contact person.• Building up Database every time weekly 3-4 days by adding new vendors and accounts• . Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.• Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position. General administrative responsibilities as needed.• Initial screening of resumes of experienced and fresher’s for the purpose of Recruitment for International and domestic requirement for the clients.• Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes. • Monitoring and follow-up till final selection
