As part of Global IT Operations, I have responsibilities for the delivery and ongoing support of the distributed Middleware infrastructure in Europe (primarily WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, CA-Introscope and Tivoli Omegamon XE for MQ) for all business projects and services. I also work as the regional representative with the associated global teams to develop infrastructure standards, product roadmaps, and product evergreening strategy.

As part of European IT Operations, I have responsibilities for the delivery and ongoing support of the Web technology infrastructure (primarily WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal applications) for all business projects and services. I also work as the regional representative with the associated global teams to develop infrastructure standards, product roadmaps, and product evergreening strategy. In addition, I manage a team that has responsibilities for the release automation infrastructure utilising MKS Integrity, Implementer and CA-Endevor to manage code deployments across distributed, IBM i and mainframe services.
