I am a qualified psychologist (AFBS) and initially had a career in business academia at Cranfield and the New South Wales University of Technology in Sydney ,Australia. But then decided for many, different reasons to use my knowledge and experience as a talent management specialist in the 'real world' of business usually in the capacity of consultant. Although. on occasion, taking up line management roles either on a full time, contract or interim basis.Over the years, I have developed particular interests within this broad field very often according to client requirements and need. The main ones include: performance management, succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching programmes, assessment and culture change. I have worked for a wide range of multi national clients including: Glaxo Smith Kline, Bristol Myers - Squibb, Coca Cola, British Sugar Plc.,KPMG and the Chesapeake Corporation along with some lesser known global businesses like ARM (the microchip designers behind the SMART phones) and the VPK packaging group. In my current role I work with a range of medium sized, rapid growth. businesses.During the last five years, I have spent a considerable amount of my time in South East Asia designing and facilitating public programmes on these key topics
