Job ResponsibilitiesTransaction Recording:Record and maintain accurate records of all trading activities, including purchases, sales, and related transactions.Financial Analysis:Analyze trading performance and profitability, preparing reports on gains, losses, and trends in trading activities.Reconciliation:Reconcile trading accounts with brokers and custodians to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for regulatory reviews.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts related to trading operations.Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to trading activities for management review.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.Tax Reporting:Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting related to trading activities, including capital gains and income tax obligations.Risk Management:Monitor trading risks and help develop strategies to mitigate potential financial losses.Collaboration:Work closely with traders, investment managers, and other finance team members to support trading strategies and objectives.System Management:Maintain and update accounting systems and software to streamline trading account management.Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in trading and investment environments.Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
