Long ago, I started out wanting to use the creative thought provoking, idea creating side of my mind in some way, along with serving other people in some type of capacity. I enjoy people, I definitely love to see people smile and I am a people pleaser. And this isn’t just limited to customers. My co-workers, and the environment in which i Work is paramount to me as well. Who doesn’t want to be happy? I study very often in my free time. All kinds of subjects, so I enjoy learning. I ask questions when I hit a road block, and I believe this is why I am pretty good at problem solving. At this time, or ever, do i believe, will I have what it takes to fully fill “ that perfect role”. There is always going to be a learning curve. Change is inevitable, no matter what field you choose to pursue. I do not have one regret for spending so many years at Southwest Airlines, even though i did not complete my degree. The common sense, along with fast pace work, emergency situations, learning to smile within adverse situations , adapting to change on a dime and always willing to go that extra mile, are not things that come along with earning a degree. It takes years and years of mistakes and do-overs, to get that down. However, having my four year degree at this time, sure would come in handy! I must add , though, My good letters from colleagues , as well as several passengers , the winning Spirit award and being on the front of the flight schedule says a touch about my work with the company. ( I still have most of those letters) It is certainly my hope that your company will take that chance, and give me the opportunity to show you the enthusiasm and positive spirit , I can bring to the table. I sure would feel honored to meet with you!
