I am a systems change advocate. I believe the large-scale social and environmental progress we wish to see in the world requires a new leadership paradigm and new ways of approaching persistent problems. I am passionate about bringing this perspective to organizations and networks, especially within the zoo, aquarium and conservation communities. I work with and through people to envision a shared future, co-create sustainable solutions, and transform systems.
