• Sell relentlessly to maximize volume on display (case pack/thematic), inventory, merchandising (POS, IRC, Sell Sheets) and POI's • Execute the prescribed daily activities/programming to approximately 400 routes stops in a 7-8 week cycle• Service San Francisco to Sunnyvale areas.• Build superior relationships and communication with multiple points of contact in each store (effectively wired at store level) • Preplan properly for calls in order to execute the routed day Leverage entire portfolio to maximize volume on display, merchandising, and POI's Communicate effectively internally at all times when reporting results, sharing successes, working closely with teammates, and performance metrics around.

I was president and founder of ASAP, started with 4 employees on a kitchen table in a 1-bedroom apartment. Within 2 1/2 years we averaged 35 employees and then enjoyed real office space. Doing all the sales and employee management myself would be enough for most, but I was also on the board of our statewide Courier/Messenger Association, which was of enormous benefit. The best part was establishing a wonderful network of colleagues and friends. Just before selling my company, we were about 35 employees strong, running 3 bobtails and had 4500 s.f. of warehouse space. We started out local and ended up national.
