His proven track-record as an experienced veteran serial technoprenuer had spanned over 45 years and held top management positions in companies which encompassed Electronics, Eco-City Development, Solar Energy, Veterinary and Micro-Algae. After his stints with renowned MNCs, he found Sino-Technics Pte. Ltd., a pioneer status contract manufacturer in 1982, which was then sold to Natsteel. Renamed as Natsteel Electronics, he assumed the position of Group CEO for managing global operations achieving sales revenue of over S$100 million in 1990. His core competencies are in novel disruptive technologies R&D, commercialization, international sales, corporate management and he had established a global network of valuable business connections with multi-national companies and governments. He was the principal investigator for solar CPV, wireless-speakers, anti-microbial API, micro-algae and MP3 sanitary wares. Currently he serves as Panelist for Technology Enterprise Commercialization Scheme (TECS) of Spring. In addition he served as a Council Member of the Singapore-Zhejiang Economic and Trade Council from 2010-2015 and appointed as Senior Investment Consultant of Hangzhou QianJiang Economic Development Zone Management Committee on December 8th 2011. He found, structured and mentored several biotechnology and carbon negative joint-ventures in China. Leveraging on his vast China sales channels and regulatory experience for veterinary products, he had completed successfully various projects for customers.During the 2000's he had founded several biotech companies such as environment-friendly low carbon science park in Hangzhou, innovative micro-algae cultivation, novel "no drug resistance" anti-microbial API for veterinary therapeutics and market consultancy for Asia Pacific.
